Our commission policy – fair and transparent
At Elia Homes We attach great importance to honesty and transparency. That is why we have consciously opted for an attractive and fair commission model.
For purchase properties:
- Our brokerage commission is 2% of the purchase price
- The commission is due after conclusion of a legally binding purchase contract
- Important note on the small business regulation: We operate as a small business according to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) and therefore do not show any sales tax on our invoices. For you, this means that there are no additional sales tax costs on the commission.
