For rental properties
- Thanks to our customer-friendly conditions, landlords only pay a monthly rent as commission for arranging a rental property.
- Note: According to the ordering principle, the commission is paid by the client. If the tenant takes over the order, the regulation of one month's rent applies here too.
Important note on the small business regulation: We operate as a small business according to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) and therefore do not show any sales tax on our invoices. For you, this means that there are no additional sales tax costs on the commission.
